We have been trying to get a credit to our account since October. We have called many times and have spoken with several people. Initially Seanna, then Constantine, then Tony, Nathan, Robin, and today Berly in billing. There may be others. I've lost track.
No one seems to be able to credit back the $99.00 plus tax for a service charge on our bill back in Sept. Even tho we have been told for more than 4 months now that it has been approved to be credited back.
It should not have been charged in the first place.
We are considering looking for another service provider, as this is totally unacceptable. Simply Comfort has disappointed.
