Simply Comfort has rendered excellent and unparallel services to their customer which has surpassed all wrong notions I had about their expertise. This was proved by the exceptional service extended by Liby Thomas, Regional Sales Manager and Ashley Tatarinova, Vice President Business Development. I was in a confused predicament about my charges on several of my products from Simply Comfort since there was no transparency on the modus of the billing process .My request for clarification was responded promptly by Ashley and she made arrangements to send her best person to my house to help me comprehend things better .This person was none other than the Regional Sales Manager ,Liby Thomas.He came over today and spend a couple of hours to explain and shed more clarity on how the system works and demonstrate operation of the NEST thermostat .He was very patient and did not show the panic either in his voice or actions .He patiently took the time to express his purpose of visit and ensure that his customer got the best value of the products .This indeed makes one feel that the money they spent on Simply Comfort Products is not an extravaganza but a valuable investment in the long run.I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill set that Liby had. He even went above and beyond to help me fill up the water softener with salt which of course is not a part of his job. He offered to come again to ascertain that I was confident on NEST operating system. I was very impressed with this exceptional rendition and was relieved that I am in fact not wasting my money but adding to my earnings over time .Highly appreciate the prompt response from Ashley Tatarinova and acknowledging the concerns of a customer and above all directing actions on a positive track .Having an employee like Liby Thomas would be a valuable asset for any organization. I have high regards for Liby and his professional approach to resolving customer complaints. He recognizes the fact that customers are a strong foundation for the success of any business and today he proved this by giving his positive commitment to my grievance. Thank you Liby and Thanks to Ashley for directing the right person on this errand.
