Proline Electric

After getting visit from the city stating that our power meter was too low and the cables to the house were too low we reached out via family and friends to find someone to quote on this. Proline was no the cheapest but they came across as a company who could deliver quality work and some of the "less expensive" quotes had me concerned about their ability to deliver.

WHen they came out to do the job they struck me as very knowledge and professional and did quality work. I would highly recommend them

Fantastic people! Clearly very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Dan came to my house and to fix a previous electrician's work. I wish I had just hired Proline in the first place! Dan was able to troubleshoot the situation quickly and fix it right away. So relieved it didn't come with a hefty bill either! Called to see if I could install Cat 6 into the house on recommendation from techs at a local computer store. It landed up that Cat 5e was installed already and the guys were straight forward and honest about the situation in my home. Great to work with them and quick.

Followup - Everything is working great! Had the server setup by "Nerds2you" and hooked up all locations from TVs, to computers. Thank you for everything!

My lights stopped working and I was at a loss. I have never had the need to call an electrician before and was very apprehensive. From my call to the office where I was able to get an appointment the same day from the great person that answered my call to when Dan and PJ showed up I was impressed. PJ and Dan explained the process, billing, etc. and then got work. In less than an hour they had everything working again. I was impressed with how professional everyone was and how great the customer service I was provided with was and wouldn't hesitate to use Proline again and would recommend them to anyone. This was the second time I called Proline to fix electrical problems in my home. As always, I was treated well from the phone call to report my problem to job completion. The gentlemen who came were very polite, automatically put on "booties" and acted professionally, as well as did the job professionally. As well, they voluntarily offered to move my tv back into place and placed the miscellaneous wires back into the tv.

DB Proline Electric Ltd. came out to examine and repair a kitchen light fixture that a lightbulb had broken and the bottom metal base was stuck in the fixture. Totally professional the repair man checked the fixture with the broken lightbulb fixed it and checked the fixture beside it to make sure it was in working order. I am so pleased with this company because their professional work ethic is the best I have encountered when it comes to home repairs. I would definitely call this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends, family and anyone I know, I am very impressed.

Proline has exceptional customer service and very professional electricians. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and pay attention to detail. Dan personally followed up after the job was complete to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of work. They also introduced us to their latest technology dimmers which are AMAZING!
