Zack, the technician who came to fix a furnace/airconditioner problem was a person of remarkable character. His respect for me as a person was remarkable.
Having to return several times to solve the issues he never complained but just got to the task at hand.
Zack took time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and that meant a lot to me a put me at ease.
I would highly recommend Active Air to anyone. Their
Service is beyond any company I have dealt wth previously. And I experienced it through Zacks work and caring with my issues.
