We had 12 windows replaced on our first and second floor and we are very happy with the job done by North Shield. Alex was awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable but not pushy in his sales technique and very fair in the pricing for a quality job and materials. Our house is old but Vitaly and his team did a great job dealing with the lack of right angles, getting the windows in perfectly all in one day and leaving the site spic and span. We are super happy with the results and are looking forward to a MUCH cosier winter next year with our brand new windows!

We replaced 18 windows and 2 sliding doors for the first time from the time this house was built (1987). It improved looks both inside and outside the house. Even though, the installation was in the middle of December, it was smooth and took only 2 days as promised. Yes, there was some adjustments needed after installation, but it was done by the factory in timely manner.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Contractor team is very professional, skillful and responsible. Work is complete and comprehensive. and post work is clean.
Buds were found below the old window frames. Instead of just putting on the new window, they informed us for debugging first then putting up the new one. Insolation work was detailed and clean. Window frames were installed in fully-satisfied standard and caulk-shielded professionally.
Alex brought back the forgotten patio door frame covers out of our realization of their presence in covering the mounting screws. Very happy with the
experience from selecting the windows to the completion. We love the new windows and patio doors. Longing for the winter season to tell the difference.
