VERY poor customer service and door quality. multiple unanswered emails and even more unreturned calls. Patios doors freeze up almost all the way around the frame, and bows the frame as the track freezes from the condensation. Man doors seem to twist with high outdoor temps, as far as 6mm outside of the jamb. The gap gets better with cooler temps. Top corner above the handle on both my outside doors. Same 2 corners also freeze up in the winter. Been trying to resolve this for over 5 months, they said the new construction of the patio door from the manufacturer that was done 3 years ago, causes the freezing after a month of saying its my 36% humidity. They will not replace unless the manufacturer makes the change from steel back to fiberglass reinforcement's. The man doors, both of them on opposing walls, They said my house shifted and provided no proof or explanation, just walked up and said that was what happened. Windows so far are fine, but please steer clear of the doors. Same complaints as mine on the BBB site as well.
