It took me posting 3 complaints on 3 different websites to get this company to contact my mom and fix a warrantee issue. Also she had to drive to the factory to get a part.
Window Warrantee
I will take down this review once someone calls me back. My mom has had these windows installed 2 years ago and there is "life time warrantee" - HOWEVER this company does not actually have a phone number to contact, they only have an "answering service" which means they outsource that to another company which "passes along a message" for the company to get in touch
My mom has already left a few messages and of course they are too busy getting new business to take care of a warrantee issue.
The mechanism for the window opener broke and she can't close her window.
