We had all the windows in our house replaced. We are very impressed with North Shield's service. Alex was was very knowledgeable about their product and great at recommending the style of window for each room. The installers were polite and very clean. We noticed the difference in the temperature and sound reduction right away. The installation and quality of the windows are excellent
