Just want to say that Valentin was on time, did the job well and cleaned up the work area. I am so happy with his work that I will use him and Canada Waterproofers again for other projects in my home.

The whole experience with Canada Waterproofers was great from the beginning to end. In particular, Valentin was really kind and took the time to answer all my questions. From the beginning he was willing to quote the work needed to be done via pictures text and then followed-up after project completion to confirm everything was still working well. I have a Hamilton home that is 100 years old with an outdoor faucet with a quirky location and design that broke every winter. Valentin was able to figure out a great solution and replaced the outdoor faucet pretty quickly.

Valentine and Slava were both great! They called back promptly, quoted accurately and did wonderful work when they got to our house. They were also excellent at assessing how to ensure problems didn’t recur. Would absolutely recommend them and will call on them again if we need such services in futur.

I have been involved in construction for over 30 years . I called this company based on the reviews and it was the right choice . I have rarely seen a company so professional especially for a plumbing company for the quality of their estimate , execution, politeness, quality material. They even directed me for an available grant from the city I had no idea about. Don't shop around and lose your time , trust this review and call these guys. Our sump pump was not running during a recent heavy rainfall, so we called Canada Waterproofers to investigate. Valentyn arrived on time the next day and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He completed the repair on the same day to our satisfaction. Valentyn is friendly, communicates clearly and honestly, and goes above and beyond to address concerns. I would definitely recommend this company (and Valentyn in particular).

Our sump pump stopped working the day before Canada Day. I contacted Canada Waterproofers late in the day and immediately got a reply back from Slava saying that he could come out on Canada day to have a look at the problem. He got the pump working again and told me that he would be back the next day to replace a part, this was also done in a prompt manner.
