Our sump pump stopped working the day before Canada Day. I contacted Canada Waterproofers late in the day and immediately got a reply back from Slava saying that he could come out on Canada day to have a look at the problem. He got the pump working again and told me that he would be back the next day to replace a part, this was also done in a prompt manner.
