Val is a true professional. He may be young (thirties) but seems to be born of an era when men were gentlemen. He came in, was respectful, did his job and explained anything I asked, cleaned up better than it was when he arrived and was gone. He came on time and was complete and expedient. I am a pain to please, but I highly recommend Canada Waterproofers
