After getting estimates from two other companies I chose Water Guard to fix the leak in the basement because my concerns were addressed in a professional and personable manner. An action plan was quickly put in place. Mike and his crew completed the work efficiently and in a very timely manner.

Needed new drains installed during a basement lowering project and any hold-up would impact the finish date for pouring the floor. Worked with Mike @ Waterguard and he understood the urgency and had his crew show up mid-afternoon and work through the early evening to finish the job in time for City inspector the next day. And, of course, the inspection passed.

Decided to go with Water Guard after doing some homework on getting a backwater valve installed and a camera scope of our drain pipes.
