I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with Waterguard. They went above and beyond the call of duty and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael and his crew. They put me completely at ease and I was comfortable having them in my home. I'm a single senior and can be wary of the various trades, having lived in my house for 37 years. I found everyone to be so kind and helpful, even with the language barrier. Michael was very easy to work with and was fair with me.
I had a separate issue with a shower head and Michael got in touch with a plumber who problem solved with me over the phone. I was so grateful.

Vasyl and Mike are a delight to work with. Efficient and knowledgeable. They quoted me lower than others and seemed to know more about exactly what needed to be done, pointing out that I needed two valves, one for sewer and one for storm water. They were fast, clean, pleasant and careful. No hidden extras or anything. This is the second time I have worked with Water Guard and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Replaced a lead water line to the house using torpedo method. Mike was prompt to quote, gave a very thorough analysis and recommendation and were back within a week to complete the job. His crew was courteous and they cleaned up everything in side the basement and outside. Their price was cheaper than other quotes, and they did a great job. Highly reccomend. And happy to have a new contact for any future plumbing needs.

Mike and his crew have done excellent work! Fast and professional service. Mike walked me through the job, explained everything, provided quote same day with very competitive price. Showed good knowledge of plumbing installations in our old neighborhood, had a proactive approach and presented various options. They replaced our ½” lead water supply pipe with ¾” copper, removed old p-trap and installed backwater valve on the main drain in the same day, done the good clean up afterwards. I am very happy with the job and would not hesitate to hire them again.
