Monk Renovations & Pain Ting

We had our bathroom fully renovated by Monk Renovations. We were pleased with the friendly workers and the outcome. There were a few touch ups required for rushed finishing work, but in general it was a successful renovation. Several months later, we noticed that the exhaust fan was not properly air sealed from the attic space. Monk was prompt to reply to our emails, but failed to address the issue. They instead devised additional work for them to take on, without actually visiting and taking a look at the problem. It's unfortunate that our otherwise positive experience was marred by what should have been a simple fix.

Dan oversaw all the work and was extremely reliable and honest. His group of guys made sure that the work was done right and completely cleaned up. We have more renos coming up in 2015 and will definitely be looking to Dan Monk to help us with it.

We needed a second full bath installed. They did a great job, they got the work done in no time. They also have come back and fixed some problem that we had since the install
