Steer clear of this company for any new pool installs or service.

We hired them to open our 24ft above ground and they sent 2 guys who were here maybe 30 minutes. They ripped the cover off the pool and dumped all the leaves and standing water into the pool. They added some chemicals (not sure what), hooked up the pump and drove off without running anything or saying a word. It was not until a week later that I was able to fully clear out the waste matter and bring algae, chlorine and PH levels under control with my own chemicals.

The worst part of all is that on a subsequent call, the owner was un-apologetic and downright belligerent. He maintained I was ignorant and the previous company that closed the pool was somehow responsible for all the organic matter they dumped into the pool. All they had to do was siphon off the water and waste on top of the cover.

New pool or maintenace of existing - do not go anywhere near this Cobra. You will be bitten.

Buyer beware. This company delivered a used hot tub to me that they tried to pass off as new. Don't let this happen you. The owners would not even return calls. Not much I can do about it.

Company Response: We would like to set the records straight about this customers hot tub. This NEW hot tub was delivered to customers home in May 2011, he requested we put it on a trailer in his driveway because he did not have his location ready. He later relocated this tub to his cottage in Aug 2011. At this time we received a call from the customer saying the gfci (on end of cord) was tripping. Our staff informed him this can be caused from moisture or a faulty extension cord. As shown in the photo he showed on your web site by the homeowner there definetly was moisture in the gfci connection. At this time we contacted our supplier & to our recollection he sent a new plug/cord for this tub. (this supplier is since out of business in Toronto so I am unable to reach him to confirm information) If service was required, since that time, we have never been contacted about anything & we would be unable to service it because it is no longer in Ontario, it is located in Quebec (we delivered in to Russell Ontario) and we are not legally permitted to work in Quebec.
It is unfortunate that he had a small problem with his tub but I can assure you this was a new tub. We are not sure why this has appeared now, as we have not had a phone call or talked to this customer since Aug 2011.
