Purchased the Extended Protection Plan for 4 years in March 2015.The warming drawer by Bosch needed replacement parts-control panel,thermostat and sliding rails.Lowes outsources its repair work to several companies.First visit by Repaircare/Appliance Repairs on Sept.28.A total of four visits later,problem not fixed.Lowes gets us EMS,another repair service.Arrived for another diagnostic on November 23.Parts have not arrived yet as of December 1.The repair process consists of one visit for diagnostic and another to fix.We have now had 3 diagnostic visits with the same outcome.They do not trust the previous technicians analysis.Keep in mind this is only a warming drawer.Can you imagine if this happened to a oven,stove top or refridgerator and waiting this long.Have complained to Head Office and Store Manager and recommended they conduct an audit on the performances of these companies they outsource to.
