Decks review in

They dug and installed fence posts and four deck footings in July 2016. The fence posts held out fine but my deck posts sunk and my deck was uneven. Had to spend a full day with a friend to even up the deck and put in a couple more supports next to the ones that sank.
He must have not used enough cement or did not dig below the frost line. In any case he did a bad job,
