I attended the store in May to purchase 8 appliances for a new home build for delivery in November. This was the outcome:
- Dishwasher was not ordered properly by the sales associate leading to a delay of getting one. This was only discovered on the day prior to delivery.
-One appliance was advised the day before delivery that it was on back order with no eta.
-The wrong refrigerator was delivered. Goemans stated that it could not be used while they sorted out getting the proper refrigerator which was also not readily available. They then requested a $57 processing fee for their mistake.
-One appliance showed up inoperable. Upon being notified they stated they would send a repair person. They advised they were not responsible for damaged appliances that the manufacturer sends. The appliance repair person attended and advised it was unfixable. Goemans was advised and the process is ongoing. It has been weeks since delivery.
-During the delivery, the front door and trim around the door was damaged. Upon being notified that the trim and door were damaged I was advised to contact the builder of the home to have them repair this.
While each customer service agent I spoke to presented as helpful, the issues were not resolved in a timely fashion.
