Dolce Vita homes build our dream house and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. Our sales associate Caroline was amazing, she was patient with our many questions and was always prompt to respond to emails and voice messages. During the build, the various stages of progress were constantly relayed to us via pictures and emails, something that is very important with a purchase of this magnitude. As this wasn't our first home build we knew that there might be minor issues post move in period. We were surprised however, how few there were. The site supervisor even picked things up that we never would have noticed. After a year post build, we had virtually no warranty work as the final product was so well constructed. WE would totally recommend this builder to anyone looking for quality work and good service.

My Wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase. The workmanship is like no other and the process of building the house went very smooth. They answered all of our questions and were very open to our opinions and suggestions. We would definitely recommend Dolce Vita to anyone looking to purchase or build a house and we will be buliding again with them forsure.

Dolce Vita not only did a great job on our new home; they handled any problems along the way quickly and accurately. At one point, we managed to customize the design of the house to satisfy the city - and it was done within one evening!

The quality of the work is top-notch!! We can see the difference in both the workmanship and materials when we compare to our friend's new builds, and we spent less than they did.

We own a Dolce Vita home built 3 years ago.

We uncovered a severe/moderate floor crack (10 feet in length and 5mm in width)in the basement in 2016. Contacted DV, and got a response from area manager basically saying it was passed the 1-year warranty and we should fix it ourselves.

We had a technician coming to take a look and we were surprised with his comments. He said there are clear marks showing the crack started right after the house was built and the contractor tried to cover the crack by painting over the crack; and the crack has to be checked further since it connects two walls, there might be foundational cracks on the walls. We can clear see there is this paint mark over crack which the contractor tried to cover, we have never had anyone to fix the floor, thus apparently it was there before our possession.

Contacted the builder again today and was told again they do not cover as it has passed the one-year warranty.

Our concerns are 1.) even if the paint over the crack wasnt intended to "cover up" the crack, it deterred us from recovering the crack in the 1st year for a warranted repair 2.) it is a crack of more than 5mm in width and potentially is of structural in nature (connects two structural walls).

Very disappointed with DV.

I liked the tile finishing all over the home include all wall tiles. I also appreciate the service I have received from them.

I am very pleased with the layout of our home, it was exactly what we wanted. The quality on the other hand is very poor. Its a shame what you find when you really take a good look around your new home. Things i didnt notice while doing the walk through, but i didnt expect such entry level quality. Maybe its my own fault for thinking i could get a quality product for $480 k. I know i was promised one.

The entire team at Dolce Vita was perfect. From concept to completion we felt like we were being taken care of and our best interests were always first.
