Harrison, our project manager from Greenfox was great. Very informative and helpful. The estimated time lines he advised us were right too. The people in their office were knowledgeable and polite. The installers, Andrii and his mate - crew # 14 were excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They didn't waste anytime and got the job done - removing and installing 11 windows, in a day and half. They cleaned up, with no debris left behind.
After the job was done, our name was incorrect on the final invoice and Harrison got on it and provided us with the correct invoice. Lastly, we met Devon, who is the client relations manager. He made sure everything was done correctly. All in all, Greenfox Windows did their job!

Greenfox quoted triple pane windows : from Quote "Jamb Extension Widths = 4 5/8" Calculated Overall Jamb Depth = 7.875 Interior Casing = 3 3/8" PVC Casing". Window installed has less than 3" casing thickness (see photo). A month after install the triple pane window had more ice buildup than the double pane window in the same bedroom, which we did not replace. Greenfox continues to say we have high humidity, but why then is double pane window better? Several contractors, and Greener Homes Grant inspector all say that the problem with window is that they modified 2 pane casing to add third pane, creating thermal bridge. See images all taken on the same day, same time, except thermal ones. We had thermal inspect done, which also shows poor insulation. One window frame is cracked. They keep just saying you have humidity problem because we have high occupancy. Our main floor triple pane windows, where we cook and shower, have no moisture problems (see Polar windows image for comparison). They refuse to address the fact that the quote said different than what they installed. GO CHECK YOUR WINDOW MEAsUREMENTS!

My experience with Greenfox Windows was excellent from beginning to end. The salesperson, installers, client relations manager, and phone staff went above and beyond. The windows are first rate. Im very pleased.

Large >25 YO window side of house had the seal go a few yrs ago, so we called green fox (their sign was in neighbourhood at other houses) & they replaced it w/ a window that we could open for adding to the cross-breezes thru the house.
It was an overdue replacement given the age of our window & GF were total pros thru-out the process.
