Happy with service and product. Comparable quotes with other companies have had some issues regarding product and installation but they are being dealt with.

We don't usually do the review thing but in this case it is necessary.
The service at first is why we decided to go with green fox but we have just reached the 1 year of having our new windows and doors and have had nothing but problems with the product. We have had one door in our laundry room leak from the very beginning and has never been properly fixed. I recently just found that the majority of the new windows are "bowing" in between the glass panes! How does this happen? And in addition, after being assured that the patio doors were installed properly, my husband pulled off some siding and found that the screws that are securing the door in place and in fact screwed into the spray foam and not the wood framing!!!!!
We have had to have several conversations with the project manager and apparently sending a service tech with caulking is the #1 fix.
We even had a second opinion come in and tell us to perhaps hire a general contractor to come in, as he could tell right away that nothing was installed properly. We are extremely disappointed in the way which our concerns have been dealt with and are not really that surprised to keep on finding severe issues with the product. The price looks good on paper but the product speaks volumes; you get what you pay for I guess which is certainly not what we bargained for!
