We have been working with our Greenfox project manager since March. We are also working with the Greener Homes and CEIP grants to support the project. Initially it went great, and we were really impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge of their products. However, as time went on, they became less and less responsive and we slow to respond to questions from the CEIP and Green Homes programs. We understand that it is a frustrating slow process working with these grants but it resulted in us losing one of them as our eligibility timed, Greenfox is especially slow when it came to getiing an energy starg rating for the doors. They really don't seem to be knowledge on how their products fit under these programs. At the moment we are trying to get a hold of our project manager to ask questions about the project but had to drop the doors from it as we could not get Greenfox get them certified. The project manger has ghosted us a few times for weeks. We are very close to dropping the project with them all together, they are to slow, not available for questions and really not interested in working with us and these programs. Very frustrating group to work with.
