All the Thomson Industries employees that came through to our home over the last three days and leading up to the installation of our waterless tank heater, furnace and climate control were very professional, respectful, yet friendly! There were a total of 8 people that came to our home, as well as other employees who we interacted with by phone and email. We are very grateful to have had such a great experience!
