Any time, I have faced an issue, including battery replacement, he was quick to return my calls, pass by and fix the issue. Ray installed 3 outdoor security cameras for my house in the Mississauga suburbs. When I was looking for a company I was turned off by several others that seemed to have good Google reviews which after a closer look were obviously paid/sponsored. I think if you're having security cameras installed, trusting the installer is the most important consideration.

Ray responded quickly to my inquiry, visited my house to give a proper quotation, and was able to provide me with several options where the camera hardware was concerned. The install ran into a couple of hiccups, partly because of my poorly set up home network (which I fixed) and partly because of a hardware failure (bad cable that needed to be replaced), but Ray handled both issues professionally even though he had to come back to my house for 2 additional visits.

In the end, I'm very happy with the results, with the quality of the camera / images, and with the price. I would recommend for sure.
