Horrible experienc!! Stay away !! We hired Roy to do 3 bathroom renovations. We agree on a price including all material. Soon after starting he started asking for money for material, which at first to keep him happy paid with no receipts. Later he would bring "found" receipts and demand payment. After questioning what the receipts were for he would get offended and not show up. He left in the middle of the job to go back home for a "family emergency" with zero notice. He would not show up because he was not in the mood. Finally he left in the middle of the job with the job not complete, holes in the wall, leaks and 2 month behind schedule. As well threatened that there's a leak in the pipe only he knows where. Have all this on text message. Should of sued him but my mother got sick from all the dust of the Reno and did not have the time.

He has recently harassed me and my family for writing bad review online and threatening us with bogus claims. I have attached his text message, He will not bully me from letting people know what they are getting themselves into. If I can keep one person from what we had to endure my job is done

Troy is a very talented contractor. We could not be happier with the project and wish we had found him years ago. We will be calling on Troy for all future reno projects.

Royer Artisan Developments renovated my basement. It was old and dark with panelling, ugly bathroom and old carpeting. They came in and helped to design my man cave. In a little over a month we had new engineered hardwood floors throughout, a nice wet bar, and a spacious walk-in steam shower. All the choices we made with their guidance has made my basement the hot spot in the house. Even my wife likes to entertain downstairs! Fantastic work, finishing touches and design features from Troy at RAD took the space to the next level. Troy Royer of Royer Artisan Developments completely gutted and tranformed our bathrooms into modern, gorgeous rooms. Each was different in its own style and Troy gave us suggestions on what would look outstanding and he was right. He even put his own flair into the tile work in the shower stall. The workmanship is second to none. My father was a perfectionist when it came to custom work. Troy has that same standard. The cost was more than fair for this type of quality.

Troy of Royer Artisan Developments is a very pleasant and knowledge young man. At first we were hesitant because he looked fairly young to undertake such a big project. But after explaining what we wanted done, Troy made us felt very comfortable. His approach was very transparent by channelling us in the right direction by opening us up to cost effective new ideas and products. This enable us to maximize our budget and we did not had to sacrifice any of the work to be done nor quality.
Of the entire renovation, we were ecstatic with the turnout of our kitchen. We are now the envy of our friends and neighbours. With this Renovation, Troy and his team went way beyond their call of duty, to deliver us a refreshed home that I can proudly say is my wife's and mines. I would recommend Royer Artisan Developments to anyone. Troy is wonderful to work with and I'm so happy with how everything turned out in my apartment. He's incredibly nice, very meticulous, and knowledgeable. I had my bathroom renovated, my wood floor stained and refinished, and the walls painted. I thought his price was very fair - I did have other quotes that cost less, but I didn't feel like they would do as good a job as Troy. He was very reassuring and communicated with me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on. I would absolutely work with him again.

Royer Artisan Developments did a complete remodel of my kitchen and powder room. They were both original to a very old home that I purchased and they were instrumental in creating the design that I believe transformed the main floor of my home. My kitchen was redesigned with new cabinets, exquisite stone back-splash and new floors; and an island was added. They even suggested adding a coiffured ceiling and moulding that was consistent with the character of my home. I could not be more happy with the finished product and now my kitchen is the beautiful and functional centre for family gatherings and parties.
The powder room was tiny, old and dingy, as well everything had to be removed. Royer Artisan Developments was able to source some very modern pieces for the room to maximize the space. The tile work was perfect for the space. My powder room is now modern, it appears twice as spacious and I receive endless compliments about the space. I am truly the envy of my friends and family. Troy from Royer Artisan Developments is an experienced contractor and his skills are second to none.
I definitely plan to hire them to renovate my basement as soon as I possibly can. I can't wait to see what fresh ideas they will bring to that space as well!
