Honestly Ive been using this company's services for years. They've done both my parents and brothers house. I just recently got my ducts cleaned while we had this nice warm weather in the middle of February. The two techs they sent were respectful, clean and helpful. They did a great job cleaning my vents. I could literally smell the difference after they left. They also showed before and after pictures of my return ducts which were so filthy. 100% would recommend to anyone whos looking for a there ducts to be cleaned

I was referred to Pro-Master Services (Mario) by one of my neighbours who highly recommended him.

I am expecting with my first baby, and was really wanting to get our upstairs carpet cleaned before we set up the nursery room with new furniture. I have attempted to clean the carpets myself over the years but I have never been able to get out the stains left by our pets (we have 2 dogs). Mario provided an amazing quote for our upstairs (which is 3 bedrooms and a hallway all carpeted).

Not only was his quote extremely reasonable, but the work was completed quickly and professionally. They scheduled me an appointment time, and were in and out. I hadn't even realized how stained our carpets were until I saw the after pictures.

I would highly recommend. One more item checked off my 2024 list! The carpet really feels fresh. I will for sure be booking with them again!

I gave them a chance to do duct cleaning at my home after going through their flyer but here are a few points that will help you decide:
1-They are no different than those 90$ guys.
2-They did not spray any sanitize spray in vents.
3-They will blow the air from the vents and the dust/debris will be scattered all over and they wont clean. Do the vaccum thoroughly afterwards.
4-They will not tell you about additional waste disposal charge of 12$ before but you will see it in your invoice.
5-You will be told that the whole process will take 2-3hrs as they will be doing alot but they will finish off within 1hr.
6-Pro-master services has disabled their google reviews so that no one can post or get to know them before hand. Now i know why.

Save your money and get the job done by any 90$ duct cleaner from Facebook marketplace as everyone is using the same mechanism.

I called Mario through a referral from my brokerage to clean the carpet on my top floor of my house in Milton. He was very responsive to my phone call and text. He came over in 2 days and did a terrific job.

At first, I was a bit hesitant to move forward after reading all the reviews here. I made him aware of that and he provided a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

He showed my before/after pictures of the work he did on my carpet and it was like night and dad. He clean pet urine stains, and was extremely professional throughout the entire process.

He arrive in a brand new fully loaded truck with brand new top of the line equipment. He wasnt using old, rusty or dated tools/equipment, which I appreciated.

Overall, great experience and very competitive rate.

I got marios number from a friend he had recently done service for. After calling him, he came over within a day to give me a quote at no charge. We agreed on a price for my bathroom floors and kitchen floors. I was very impressed by his knowledge as he explained the process fully and answered any of my questions. they had a very big machine in their van and took less then two hrs to finish. Afterwhich i was very impressed as one of marios workers showed me the difference with one pass of the machine. My grout looks like new and i highly recommend this service to others.

Got my carpet cleaning ,when Mario came to give me quote he claimed to clean my carpet like clean and fluffy but when I complained about the service he totally denied that you carpet has some nylon fiver and can not clean fully .his assistants broke my bed as well but no response of my complaints.never recommend his service

I had this carpet cleaning service to clean an area rug and I am not happy at all with cleaning or the customer service. The rug still had lots of hair and wet play doh on it and the rug itself was wet. On calling Mario, who is was very rude, instead of offering a solution he said it’s normal to have hair on a carpet that’s been cleaned professionally. How unprofessional. Also he said they have to pay taxes too so he will charge for the cleaning service plus tax. I paid him in cash and they didn’t even give me a receipt. I will not recommend this service to anyone.

hired them to clean my ducts ,they removed filter during cleaning and suck up all dust to motor ,heat exchanger and coils compartment ,they also punctured air condition coil when putting cover screws .demage is 3015 dollars,address on the invoice is false ,i cannot find them and they dont want to answer the cell phone, i complained to better business bureau more info will be on bbb

I was very happy the work that was done in my home . I had a very bad stain on my coach and they were very professional to remove the stain on my coach . I would recommend this company to anyone. I also had my 4 bedroom carpet steam clean very satisfied.

These guys came to clean my upstairs and I had used them before with no issues but this time no such luck. I requested that they did not clean my master bedroom but when I came upstairs he had done started doing it already, then he came downstairs asking if something was burning. I didn't think anything of it and this service was done on Wednesday. Now it is Saturday and my daughter is trying to use her Nintendo Wii but it is not turning on and the light is not turning on. Now there was things that I noticed but didn't put it together until now. I put my electronics up on the tv shelf and now we are realizing that the burning smell was the water going into the Nintendo Wii and now it is not working. I would have appreciated it if he had just told me that water had gotten into it because I found the remote controls on my bed instead of on the shelf where I put them and I am guessing that he was trying to check to see if it was working. When I saw the remotes on my bed I didn't think anything of it and put them back on my shelf. So now my Nintendo system is not working and I will not use this company again because I cannot trust that they will be honest when they make a mistake. I am very disappointed.
