2 yr old microwave with a blown out control panel, which happened after the door was replaced which took 4 weeks. Now I have been waiting another 5 weeks for the control board to be replaced.....have called DFA for the past 5 weeks and have been given every excuse... This week I have tried to call but get no response at all. I haven't been able to use this appliance for over 2 months. WARNING: If anyone needs a repair done do not contact this company, they are unreliable, don't return calls or follow through with their clients.

very sorry for your troubles. The phone call problem has been addressed and will not be happening again. As for your microwave, the manufacture was in contact with me directly and I have given them proof that we sent the report a while ago. Im sure they will be in contact with you i hope this helps.
