James from Fortune Kitchen did a great job with the Kitchen renovation which we are really satisfied with the customer service he provided. Dino and the majority of his crew were very respectful and considerate of our needs and wants. They came back a timely manner to fix all the deficiencies that we noted and identified.

We hired GTA General contractors to turn the condo space we purchased at hallmark building into a finished professional practice office. From the very start we had the pleasure to work with the owner Dino directly and also his son. we then were assigned a project manager ( Aneesh) and their architect Saba to work with us. They dquickly go started on our architectural drawing and got us the building permit. They started the project for us when permit was issued and finished the work in about 8 weeks. The project manager met with us every Friday mornin at 10am for a visit and review at the condo. Aneesh took care of everything and even gave us a nice gift package at the end. We have already started a process of a design for our cottage property with GTA general contractors also and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

GTA General Contractors did a custom home renovation and additions throughout my house. They designed the house from the beginning and we would always go through what we wanted. So we always got what we wanted! I thought the job was very good and I have no complaints. I found all the workers to be really great! The renovation is almost finished and so far its looking beautiful. I found GTA General Contractors through the Home Show.

In response to GTAs comments I would like to report that the young lady I referred to GTA is not satisfied with the work and has told me she also parted ways with GTA as the quality of work is not satisfactory. She is also left with a laundry list of deficiencies that need to be completed.

After purchasing our first condo this year, we hired GTA to completely renovate our kitchen, and install hardwood flooring (800 sq. ft.). We went in for a consultation with Daniel and even though we had no idea what was involved, Daniel made us feel comfortable and at ease with the whole project. Their designer James came up with a first class design for the kitchen, and our project crew Aneesh, Dino and Jay did an exceptional job - even helping us to fix some things we didn't notice and making suggestions that improved the overall look of the kitchen. Daniel also had contacts with suppliers so we were able to get a discount on new appliances. He quoted us a cost for the complete project that was within our expectations and even with a few unexpected problems that arose, the project still came in at the quoted cost. A few months later we hired GTA again to renovate our main bathroom. We had the same crew again, and they did the same exceptional work. The only criticism I have is with the electrician they used for the kitchen - we had to have them send another electrician out to reinstall the outlets that were crooked and loose, but after we informed them of the problem Daniel and Aneesh had another electrician out the next day to fix the problem.
I would rate our relationship with Daniel, Aneesh, Dino and Jay at 11 out of 10.
I would rate the design, quality, installation of the cabinetry at 10 out of 10.
I would rate the installation of the flooring and baseboards at 10 out of 10.
I would rate the plumbing and electrical work at 8 out of 10.
I would rate the daily clean-up and the final clean-up at 7 out of 10.
Overall I would highly recommend GTA to anybody that was looking for a quality renovation that will come in at the cost quoted to them. I plan on hiring them again in the future to renovate our master bathroom.

After purchasing a new condo, we signed up with GTA Contractors to renovate and remodel the entire unit. We met with Daniel numerous times to go over the project which involved demolishing walls and creating a new kitchen and bathrooms. He, with his project manager and team of workers, was most helpful and accommodating throughout the renovation period. Overall it was a good experience and the job done was acceptable. We are pleased with the outcome.

GTA contractors were professional, courteous and took the time to ensure that all our designs were constructed as planned. I would highly recommend them for both commercial or home renovations.

GTA was awarded my project to build an addition – mainly a new kitchen. The project was completed in the Fall 2014. I am extremely happy with the outcome - expectations exceeded. The project team (manager and sub-contractors) were extremely professional, skillful and friendly. GTA was mindful of the budget and timelines always keep me in the loop of any changes.
