My heater kept going on and off. I reached out to Tempasure and spoke with Len, who was nothing less than exceptional in trying to troubleshoot the problem with me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really invested in determining what the issue was. We scheduled a day and time to address the issue - which he determined was most likely a maintenance issue. This was ultimately a relief given that no major repairs were needed and that there would be no unnecessary cost. And he was right! A technician arrived on time. He too was friendly, professional and very informative and located the issue in his maintenance inspection. Wonderful service, which these days, is becoming rarer. Thanks again!
