He showed up exactly at the time he said he would, called when he said he would, ordered the parts we needed in a timely fashion and did an amazing job fixing our dishwasher (broken drain motor and cracked hose). Will absolutely use again. We called Mors because of his high HomeStars rating and he completely lived up to what everyone has been saying. We called Sunday morning and he was at our house before noon. Our washing machine would not turn on so we feared the worst but Mors quoted his reasonable rate over the pone and he kept his word. He arrived when he said he would and we were pleased with his professional, courteous and knowledgeable demeanour. He took his time to trouble shoot the problem and he found a loose wire. He repaired the machine promptly and stayed to ensure it was working properly. We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Mors from beginning to end. As mentioned above we will use him again and recommend him highly to anyone looking for an honest, reliable appliance repair person.

Top Tech Appliance did GREAT work taking out our old over-the-range microwave and installing our new one. I called Mors in the morning and he returned my call promptly and scheduled a time to come by on the same day (vs. another company I called who didn't call me back until the next day and then still weren't available for another 2 days). He was on time and very considerate of my home, laying down a towel to catch dust, sweeping up behind my stove when we moved it out of the way, ensuring everything worked before he left, etc. The job ended up being pretty difficult because the old microwave was really jammed in there, but he remained cheery and persistent, and charged me the amount he quoted on the phone despite the fact that I'm sure it took far longer and took more effort, skill, and muscle than anyone could reasonably have anticipated to get it out without ruining my backsplash or cupboards. Last summer I had to deal with installers from an appliance store when we bought our washer and dryer and they were a nightmare in comparison and didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing, whereas Mors went right to work and didn't have to leaf through the installation guide for 20 minutes. I was really pleased with him and will be calling him again if I need any other appliance work done.

Called Mors on a Saturday hoping he would be able to help us secure our dishwasher door with some new springs. He was highly recommended on Homestars. Just as everyone said, he was quick to book us for the following day, a snowy Sunday, showed up when he promised, and stayed with us until he figured out a way to fix our issue. The whole time he was pleasant and calm.

Mors was very flexible to schedule a repair call after work. I need a handle replaced and my dishwasher cleaned. He came to diagnose the problem and did so quickly. The next day he scheduled the actual repair once he ordered the part. He was able to repair the part quickly and easily and made my dishwasher clean perfectly again. I would recommend Mors to anyone. He is prompt, courteous and professional.

We had purchased new appliances from an outlet store and contacted a number of appliance service companies to have our dishwasher installed. I was surprised at the fact that the majority of them would service an appliance, but would not actually install the appliance.

When we looked up Top Tech, we gave him a call. First off, he was very quick to respond and also was willing to come in the following day to perform the installation. He gave us an up-front quote, and mentioned that if the dishwasher install kit/cable was required there would be a set additional charge.

When installing the new dishwasher, there was an issue due to the fact that the pipe was at a different location then our previous dishwasher. Before going ahead and drilling new holes in the cabinet, he explained and showed us the issue and made sure to get our consent before going ahead with it. Due to this and some other small issues dealing with the fit of the dishwasher the installation took longer than expected, but there was no additional charge.

He also was kind enough to answer some questions and give us some advice regarding our new appliances.
