I contacted and left a voice mail for Toptech on a Saturday because of a deffective washing machine. Mors from Toptech called me back within the same hour. After he explained his price for a a visit and I accepted, he told me he would come to my place in the afternoon. Mors found out that the water pump on my washer was broken. We order the replacement part and he came back within the same week to finish the work. I am very pleased with the result and saved a lot compared to a replacement of the washer. I will definitely contact Mors again for any of my apppliance repair needs in the future!

I was so pleased that I could make an appointment for the same day, in fact in just over an hour. It was a small problem which was able to be fixed very simply and quickly. Got prompt response from Mors from Toptech next business day. He told me how to check my washer which kept on stopping every 5 mins. during the cycle. He walked me through the process over the phone & told me that it will be fine after I run it empty. He didn't pressure me on coming to the house & checking it himself. We just hung up & I felt very good after his free advise. I called him later to describe what happened. He promptly came & cleaned it and only charged for labor. I am very pleased with his work attitude & professionalism. Will definitely call him & recommend him to family & friends who need repairs.

My fridge wasn't working and I called Top Tech. The technician could come after 5 (what is a plus since I'm working all day) and fixed the problem in 15 minutes (he had the defective part in his truck). I highly recommend!

our dishwasher was not draining properly and had caused a mess in our kitchen. we called toptech for help. first impression for mors was that he was very punctual and an absolute pleasure. he fixed the problem. explain the issue to me. tested it again in front of me. i would without hesitation recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Mors from Top Tech did a great job. I had lot of problem with Appliance Canada and Samsung in regards to my dishwasher. Mors was able to come in on two separate days. Day 1: to uninstall my "new" dishwasher from appliance canada, the dishwasher did not work from the time I purchased it. Therefore, Samsung offered a new one. Day 2: Mors came in to install the new replacement dishwasher. Mors did a great job, he was punctual and made sure everything was working before he left. Thank you Top Tech!

Mors the service person did a great job. Tidy, thorough, and efficient. He was on time and made sure the job was done right. He also gave helpful plumbing and operating tips. Excellent job.

I had Panasonic's repair company fix the microwave but they would not re-install it.

I called Mors and found him to be friendly and genuinely concerned. He came when he said he would and was able to re-install my microwave. He knew what needed to be done.

Mors arrived at the time we had arranged. It was a tough job but he was excellent and kept calm and in control the entire time. He was very pleasant and polite and did a great job!
