I called Top Tech on a Monday & they came on Tuesday to check my dryer. They correctly assessed the problem but arrived on Wed with an incorrect part. Didn't hear from them on Thursday but I called them on Friday, after which they came & fixed the problem. They left packaging from the replacement part all over the floor & they scraped the paint off of the floor when moving the dryer.
Given all of the above, their pricing was reasonable.
