He did a great job on both of our fireplaces, and even declined to do work he felt wasn't needed.

Bill was fantastic! He explained the whole process to me while repairing our gas fireplace. He was very thorough, checking and cleaning the entire unit, as well as telling me about the safety features I did not know about. When he was done, the fireplace worked wonderfully (it hasn't worked properly in 6 years)! He even cleaned the glass for me and gave me tips on the care and future maintenance.
