Done quickly and completely. The fireplace stopped working and we also needed a fan installed. We just bought the house and were pretty sure it hadn't been serviced in 20 years. We were right! All good all the time now.

This fireplace had ceased to function and after the service/repair was completed very efficiently, it looked and functioned like a brand new unit.

Bill arrived at my home as planned. Got to work right away. He was pleasant.and knowledgeable. Took the fireplace apart. Cleaned everything up including the glass. Replaced the broken switch explained Àll needed repairs.and did them in a timely fashion. Fees were.very reasonable and I was extremely happy with the end product. Bill Luke responded quickly to my phone message to book an appointment. He was able to do the job within a week. He phone when he was on the way to our home. Couldn't figure out our fireplace. Ended up being the switch. Bill came and cleaned it up, painted it and put in a new switch. Be explained to me how to use it and what he was doing. Thank you!
