I was very happy with the service provided. When I received the product and it was not exactly what I was expecting since I misunderstood the order, he replaced the entire order and made absolutely sure that I was happy with no additional cost. When I called him to state that it was not what I expected, I honestly did not believe anything would be done. I was quite shocked and pleased that he did everything to make sure that I was satisfied with my order.

Made in the shade was phanominal. Lots of options and final fit and finish was flawless. Marlin our sales rep was amazing and on the ball with absolutely everything. I highly recommend this company for any window coving needs.

You and John sold and installed a set of shutters on the first floor of my home, and wood blinds on the upper floor.

I am very pleased with the service, including the in-home consultation process. I appreciate the time to walk through the various products, and determine what made sense for my personal preferences and budget.

John arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time, both for the measurement taking and again for the installation. I also appreciated the touch points from John to work with my availability for install.

The installation was extremely well done, fast efficient and the work area was immaculate afterwards, both for the shutters on the lower floor and the blinds on the upper.

I have have no problem recommending you and John to friends and neighbours, both for the quality of the product and the professional and courteous service both of you gentlemen provided.

I found my experience with made in the shade and especially Marlin an easy experience. I liked the suggestions and the number of choices. The installation was painless but more specifically The price was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending him and his company.

Marlin was great to work with. He understood what our requirements were and made very help recommendations. He had to come back a few times for final decisions and understood my need to be satisfied with my decisions. Measurements and installation was great.
