You and John sold and installed a set of shutters on the first floor of my home, and wood blinds on the upper floor.
I am very pleased with the service, including the in-home consultation process. I appreciate the time to walk through the various products, and determine what made sense for my personal preferences and budget.
John arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time, both for the measurement taking and again for the installation. I also appreciated the touch points from John to work with my availability for install.
The installation was extremely well done, fast efficient and the work area was immaculate afterwards, both for the shutters on the lower floor and the blinds on the upper.
I have have no problem recommending you and John to friends and neighbours, both for the quality of the product and the professional and courteous service both of you gentlemen provided.
