The Granite Spot

This company was recommended by the contractor completing the renovation. I found when dealing with both Chris and Kelly, they were very helpful and friendly and when I had questions, they were always prompt in answering. Their prices are reasonable and the supplier they deal with had a good variety of slabs to choose from. It only took me about an hour to decide what I wanted as opposed to another company where we spent half a day looking and could not find anything suitable. The countertop was promised in three weeks, but was ready in less than the expected time. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen problem, it was not delivered and installed for another couple of weeks, but at that time was delivered and installed as promised. The installers were knowledgeable and handy in completing the job. There were a couple of minor issues but these were solved and the installation was finished. Overall I found this a great company to deal with and would happily recommend them.

The work was well done and quick. Very happy with their work. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Price is reasonable enough and did a good job in my kitchen countertop. Good to recommend to friends and neighbors.

Not happy at all, you can try your luck and see where it will take you. On our case, we pick a 55/sf quartz and negotiate to 40/sf, somehow Chris was able to raise the price to 75/sf as he mentioned that it was too many cuts (12 rectangle pieces). Also the finish was really bad, they silicone (clear) areas that were supposed to be grouted and now we can see a lot of holes where it supposed be grout. He told us that we can use a utility knife and take the silicone out, but at 75/sf we expect more. For us they didn't work out, hope you have batter luck.

The Granite Spot did such a beautiful job on our kitchen. The workmanship was great, the team are very friendly and they took their time to do it, very precisely done, attention to details, highly recommended!

It took me a while to narrow down Fabricator who would do my exotic stone for my kitchen. I had only two slabs for about 90 sq ft of top with no back up. Only two slabs in entire GTA. Quite risky, but...I had my kitchen done yesterday by Chris from Granite Spot. Wow, what a job. "Bookmarking" done with details and high precision. As a surprise (bonus) we got cutting board and window seal made from remaining pieces of that slab. We love it.

Ordered 2 vanity tops - they took the the measurements when it came to install they never showed up kept calling from 7pm they said 30mins. finally showed up at 10PM with out the tops! what a joke this place is.

I did a major renovation in my house in Mississauga road this year and replaced almost everything. New windows; new kitchen; new floors; new bathrooms and etc. for the kitchen; vanities and bar countertops I chose “The Granite Spot” I had worked with them in my previous renovation projects and every time I was very satisfied with their service from the measurement to the install.
Kelly and Chris are very professional and I received a wonderful customer service from both of them. Their price is very competitive; they helped me to choose the perfect slab and then had our countertops cut precisely to the measurements and installed them very professedly. Both Kelly and Chris are very polite, friendly and courteous.

I contacted the Granite Spot and a few other companies for a quote on an oddly-shaped Quartz vanity top. Within a 2 week time period, the vanity top was completed and installed and the price was very reasonable. It is of good quality and I love it! Chris and Kelly are efficient and professional. One of the companies I contacted actually took longer to provide a quote than GS did to complete the entire job! Definitely recommend!
