It is our desire to leave a positive impression in our customer’s homes and for the years that follow their home improvement. Unfortunately, this did not happen with your experience.
One service we provide to our clients is providing installations to homeowners around the GTA. However, there was an unfortunate accident on the 401 that day. We were indeed meant to reach your place after 30 minutes, but due to that accident on the road we were at a stand-still. We immediately called you to let you know that we would only be able to be there at 10 p.m. You said that you didn’t want to have the installation made that late, which is understandable.
So we offered to do it the next working day or at your earliest convenience. You refused that option too and insisted on a refund of your deposit instead. We gave you a full refund even though your custom-made vanity tops were ready and loaded on the truck. Again, we are sorry that you had a bad experience. Please do let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, beyond giving you the full refund that we had already provided that same day.
