Had Brad come out to look at my landscape lights as they were not working...only you find out it was a GFI button that need to be pushed ...SMH.
Brad was courteous, however, the lack of mask wearing had me very concerned...during these times and in the middle of a pandemic if you are going to step inside my house the proper protocol is to wear a mask, no different than taking off your shoes.
Hard to believe I recommend this company to my neighbors whom are immune compromised.

As you can imagine, there are many to follow across both the municipality and Province. We have worked hard to ensure that our technicians are educated on these ever-evolving recommendations. Unfortunately today there was a brief lapse in concentration by our Technician and his mask was not second nature and he forgot. We do apologize for this. Along with sanitizing all tools between visits, sanitizing the trucks between each visit, wearing masks, and sanitizing themselves, each technician works to exceed the recommendations to keep our customers, their families, and themselves safe.
