Sealed Right Waterproofing

We purchased a home approximately twenty years old. The foundation was leaking in several spots and showed some major cracking. Some patch work had been done but obviously was not working. It was decided to properly waterproof the entire side of the house and monitor the cracks. After eight months the basement has been completely dry and the cracks have not gotten bigger. Obviously the assessment and solution to my problem was correct.
