Golden Valley Decks

I was referred to Ryan by a colleague/friend, and I’m extremely glad that I hired him to do our deck! Both myself and my wife love it and couldn’t have asked for a better layout. Ryan gave us advice on the layout was friendly, courteous and straightforwardly with his answers. He did everything he could to accommodate our requests and finished the job earlier than expected! My brother who’s a handyman inspected the deck midway through the process and gave it a thumbs up! Ryan went above our expectations and I will more than gladly recommend him to our family and friends anytime

I’m writing this review on the 3rd and last day of this deck Reno. Yes, that’s right, this only took them 3 days!! Ryan and his hardworking crew left this evening and we already started putting furniture on the deck as we’re so excited.
From the start Ryan has been remarkable in his customer service and listening to what we wanted. Every question, every email and every text was promptly addressed. Even getting a quote didn’t take 2 weeks-yes, we lost 2 weeks waiting for another company to give us a quote before we called Golden Valley. Ryan showed us how a professional should treat their customers. Even when I was concerned about the spacing of the pergola beams and mentioned it to him, he reminded me we had wanted an “airy look” not “heavy” and that I should trust him. When the second layer of 2x2’s went up I understood and loved it!!! He really was listening! Our neighbours came over right away and we already received lots of complements. Would definitely recommend Golden Valley Decks!

I spent quite some time doing research on line and finally I chose Ryan and his company. I am so glad that I made the right decision. Ryan was very patient to meet all my requirements from the beginning to the end. The project turned out to be an art! I loved Ryan’s idea of the pergola and it looked amazing! Also, he finished the project on time as he promised.

We just recently got our deck done by Ryan and are extremely happy with the results. Throughout the project, we had to make changes in order to meet the city's bylaw coding demands - Ryan happily accommodated and still went above and beyond to expectation and the while remaining professional, courteous and delivered on time despite all the changes.

Ryan and his crew were fantastic from beginning to end. He was quick to return my call, come for a quote, and walk me through a few options. His design was top notch and he worked with me to accommodate any changes I wanted. Attention to detail was second to none, from the tempered glass railings and privacy screen, abundance of lights, and border accents and angles. For years I dreamed of sitting outside on a beautiful summer day sipping a cuppa tea on my deck. Unfortunately, my deck was old and ugly. I investigated three companies who do decks and I liked Ryan of Golden Valley Decks the best. He came across as honest and his price was fair. Ryan and his colleague worked very hard and very efficiently and finished my very large deck in less time than I had anticipated. I LOVE my deck and I love the new modern railings. My original deck was old and starting to rot. I wanted to upgrade the layout with some minor changes. Ryan was very helpful and informative with ideas to the layout. The work started and finished as schedule, which was a plus. I would use them for future projects.
