Owen's workmanship was amazing. He delivered as he promised, more than I expected. l like his professional approach and knowledge of his trade.

First owen arrived an hour and half late , he said I have to pay a deposit and insisted on having the money paid right away either by cash or using a bank transfer , he didn't start until I paid him, he makes you feel like untrusted person , asking me to go on line and do the money transfer was unusual , decent company will at least accept credit card . After he left I found an area was missed so I had to go to home depot to buy the tub and tile caulk and I did the caulking by myself . Before he left I asked for the invoice but some reason he didn't give it and told me he will email it , he never did despite texting him twice Asking him to email it. So I paid $599+ tax which is not worth it , they advertised discount on their website and this was not deducted . I won't contact this company again in the future and I won't recommend them.

Owen did a fantastic job. He was honest, and took his time to ensure the job was done perfectly. There were dull marks all over my island and when Owen was done with it, it looked better than new.

Owen was very professional, courteous, and one of the hardest workers I have encountered. He worked from 9am to 11 PM To ensure the tiles were done perfectly, never have I met a man with such pride in his work! He was very knowledgeable and explained all the steps and process in full. He was very clear on setting expectations. We were skeptical at first as we had multiple other tile companies come out to quote our tile restoration work and we were disappointed as they could not restore them to our expectation. Owen well excesses our expectations and our tiles are now restored to new!! I would highly recommend Owen as he is the best in the industry! He was so terrific that we have other stone work that requires restoration and we plan to use him again. He is absolutely fabulous!!

Owen from Tiles R Us is professional, friendly and hard working. When we first called for information, Owen was more than willing to answer our questions and provided even more information. Even after calling back a few more times, Owen was always patient and happy to educate us on his services. Owen was able to meet us with only two days nptice. We were impressed by his hard work, passion for his job and friendly patient demeanor. Owen took the time to explain the whole process and also pointed out some areas that he thouguht needed extra attention. He did not leave until our tiles looked perfect. Our tiles looked beautiful after he worked his magic! If you want to protect your tile grout from stains and damage, hire Tiles R Us, it's worth the investment. Owen was pleasant, professional and did a good job. The floor, over the years, had a film build up which was removed and the marble was shiny again.

Nice job performed by professional, courteous technician. Certainly no fear to roll-up sleeves and get down to hard work. Work was done in a single afternoon and area was left clean and tidy.
