Well, Caroline and Mike already used my two best adjectives for them: PROFESSIONAL and COMPASSIONATE. But I can also add courteous, kind, interested, understanding, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to facilitate negotiations amongst family members and, from my perspective, smoothly and respectfully clear out my parents’ possessions to ready their home for sale.

Mike was a pleasant, professional person to have working around the house. He got right to work, didn't waste time, and got the job done in just 2 days. It would have taken ME more than a week to do. It looked great when finished, and the house sold to the first family that came to view it.

I was very anxious about hiring a painter because for our bedroom, one wall was going to be a very dark brown/eggplant and I wanted, of course, to have very straight lines as the other walls were very light. I also needed the garage doors and front door painted. He arrived on time, very polite and methodical as he got everything done in one day. We had prepped the room with covering whatever holes were there as well as on the garage doors. Everything was perfect. That dark wall was as straight as anything. I think that night or the next morning, it rained a bit and I noticed on the garage doors marks from the rain drops. Mike offered to come and put another coat on. He's a true gentleman and takes pride in doing a good job. Turns out, the paint (came highly recommended) was the problem, not the painter. Would definitely ask Mike first if I was to have any project done.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work! We had a mold problem and a "smell problem" in a house we were getting ready to sell. We decided to go with the removal of some carpeting, some dry-walling and some painting and all of the work came out looking more amazing than I'd anticipated. The house smells great, looks great and is ready to hit the market. Best of all, it got done faster than I could have hoped, which is making out real estate agent jump for joy.

Mike did a fantastic job painting my new doors and baseboards. He was professional, able to work within my limited time constraints, was responsive to calls and text message, and all at a reasonable cost for the work. I will certainly have Mike come back for future work.

I required assistance to prepare my home for market after living there for 30 years with my family. Help was provided with cleaning and repairs inside and outside house. Response to short timeline was immediate. Staff were respectful, friendly and thorough in all the work they did. Carol and Mike were very helpful. The Condo was owned by my best friend who had passed on. The place had heavy dust & he was a heavy smoker, almost all his stuff was 20 to 30 years old. The walls were covered in nicotine, really bad, the place was in deplorable condition. I contacted Maid of all work & spoke to the owner who came to the condo to give me a quote, which I was happily surprised. They came in removed all the furniture, appliances & clothing first, then their team of girls came in, scrubbed the walls down, cleaned the floors, washed the windows etc. Then they came in removed the rugs, scraped the floor, then proceeded to paint the entire condo. They are all wonderful caring people & I would definitely highly recommend them. They all bend over backwards to take care of anything you need. What a great company, I am so glad I found them.

Caroline and Mike were very accommodating when we required last minute cleaning and painting services for a major house move shortly after Christmas. They arranged a complete competitively priced customized "move out" cleaning service over the busy holidays and expertly painted several rooms in the new house on very short notice. We will be using additional Estate Concierge services again in the near future and would highly recommend them.
