An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We got referred to A to Z Ottawa Home Inspections through our contact at mortgagebrokersottawa.com. Hendrik guided us through a thorough 3 hour inspection and identified a few issues including a defective HRV unit, a loose (and dangerous) Attic Hatch, and a deteriorating foundation platton that needed some maintenance (and more). Afterwords we received a Handwritten report and within a few hours a completed comprehensive PDF report by email. As a 1st time home buyer we were pleased with Hendrik's ability to explain the different home systems as we went through the home. We would definitely refer him to our friends and family! He is the go to guy for your home inspection needs!!
