Our A/C broke down last year, during the Canada Day long weekend. Just a few days ago on New Year Day our furnace broke down.
Sam came right away on both instances at a moment's notice and replaced both units that were well beyond their life span.
Ultimate professional, very courteous amd very clean did a perfect installation taking into account our future plans for further renovations.
