Over-billed for Insulation Job
The company OVER billed me by $2,135.70. The owner (Steve) assured me a refund cheque was in the mail. After 2 weeks and no cheque, Steve said he is sending a new cheque in the mail. After another 2 weeks and no cheque, Steve said he was refunding through the credit card machine. 8 WEEKS has gone by... dozens of text messages exchanged. I eventually had to call the credit card company to have the charges reversed. Steve is as apologetic as ever.

We are extremely sad you had such a bad experience with our company. For being in business for 8 years we definitely do not run our business by over charging customers. After reviewing what happened in this case you right it was a clerical error on the part of our billing staff, two cheques where sent out addressed to the wrong address and this is why the process took too long. I've also been told as soon as you called in to talk to the owner directly the over charges where reversed and put back on your credit card with in 10 min. All in all it was modern sprays error but its important to remember you where in fact givin a refund.
