My a/c unit stopped working overnight. Noticed the house was quite warm when I woke up. Being a Sunday, wasn’t expecting to get a same day service call. Sam called reached out in the morning and said he could be available in the early afternoon. He called again to say when he was close by. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. The capacitor had stopped working and fortunately, Sam had the part on hand and replaced it minutes.

Sam is knowledgeable, very polite and professional. I am incredibly pleased with the service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The price was also very reasonable. I’m truly grateful that I was able to get the fix on a Sunday, in the middle of another heat wave. I will definitely use this company when it comes time to replace my furnace. Thanks so much Sam Sam!
