This is regarding Sam, the technician for a/c repair. I had a big problem on Canada Day holiday when my A/c suddenly stopped working. I happened to have found amongst many others, his company’s name online. I called him for an appt and he not only accepted the appt that very day, he came exactly on time, diagnosed the problem with the a/c set, offered the solution with a few options, offered a price which was agreed upon and he started the work right away. Realizing the difficulty for a senior/elderly resident, without wasting any time in a straightforward manner he started to repair the unit and completed the job within an hour in a satisfactory manner before he left.
