No heat from furnace, broken thermostat and leaky hot water tank

I have a Concord 90 Plus High Efficiency Gas Furnace. The furnace was working, but there was no heat and the house was freezing when this happened last month. The furnace was only blowing cold air even though it indicated HEAT on the thermostat. I chose to contact Climax Air Conditioning due to the rating of 99% and Sam's excellent customer reviews on HomeStars. Sam contacted me and arranged an evening appointment the same day, Wed., April 11, 2018. He checked the furnace, which was fine. Then he checked the thermostat in the living room and discovered it was broken. He replaced it with a new Honeywell ProSeries thermostat during the same appointment, and we have had no further heating problems. Also, the furnace no longer makes banging noises when the heat is turned on. While Sam was here on April 11th, he noticed the leak on my Rheem PowerVent EverKleen Self-Cleaning Water Heater. He said my hot water tank needed a new mixing valve. I arranged another appointment with him on Fri., April 13, 2018 to replace the old mixing valve with a new mixing valve and to increase the hot water temperature. No more leaks and plenty of hot water. Yesterday, I turned on the air conditioning due to the hot weather using the new thermostat, and the cooling in the house is working perfectly, too. Even the A/C condenser outside isn't noisy any more when the air conditioning is turned on. I highly recommend Sam for any heating, cooling or water tank problems.
