Inspected Furnace and Installed New Heat Pump

Sam did most thorough inspection of furnace ever done by anyone. Old furnace was working but heat exchanger was on last legs. Installed new Bosch Heat Pump. The installers were professional, polite ,and friendly. During installation previously unidentified problems arose which added extra hours of work to the installation. I was not charged for the extra hours involved. The two installers stayed very late in the evening to make sure the job was completed. We were not left without heat.
As in the past I felt it was a pleasure to deal with Sam a very honest person
